slow breakfast poor service
The location is central, not directly on the street, so it was reasonably quiet.
The breakfast service was quite slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to receive coffee and then the main course. The staff seemed more focused on socializing than serving the guests, frustrating.

the classic king room included ample cupboard space. lights turned on automatically inside those cupboards. the concierge efficiently arranged taxis and offered helpful directions.
i found the bathroom a bit narrow.

slow breakfast service high prices
I experienced a very slow breakfast service. It took ages to get coffee. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving guests. The limited wine selection at the bar and the high prices also bothered me.

newspaper delivery cozy rooms central location quiet atmosphere
i found the newspaper delivery each morning a great touch. the rooms felt cozy. i appreciated the central location, tucked away from the main road. i liked the quiet atmosphere and still being close to everything.
the wine selection by the glass was quite limited.

the hotel provides easy access to the tube station. it is near great shopping. it also provides access to green and hyde parks. everything felt within walking distance from the premises.

the concierge staff was helpful. they arranged a day tour. staff happily arranged to send items home. the cleaning staff was excellent, she seemed to keep a close eye on our status.

helpful staff well-appointed room convenient location
the breakfast service was perfect, and the staff were very helpful. the room, a beautiful king room, was well-appointed and comfortable for my three-night stay. the hotel is well-kept, and i found the location to be convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions.
I encountered a slight delay during check-in. It took a little longer than expected, a minor inconvenience after a long journey.
